  • Customized training programs for managers, frontline leaders, and emerging talent, with a focus on real-life application. Engaging learning sessions are offered in-person and/or virtual.

My Story

Reflecting on my career, the moments of greatest fulfillment were when I supported individuals in attaining their goals, and guided teams to accomplish results they once thought impossible.  It made sense for me to focus my energy and talent on developing others by establishing a company to do just that.

With decades of HR experience, my path has proudly remained with all things manufacturing.  Starting with cereal products in Battle Creek, then automotive parts and the ever-present steel industry, my passion throughout the years has been to coach and develop others through multiple methodologies.  As a Central Michigan University alum with a BSBA in Human Resources Management, I am also a certified practitioner of MBTI, Korn Ferry Leadership Solution, Six Seconds EQ, and Prosci ® Change Management.
