My Story

Reflecting on my career, the moments of greatest fulfillment were when I supported individuals in attaining their goals, and guided teams to accomplish results they once thought impossible.  It made sense for me to focus my energy and talent on developing others by establishing a company to do just that.

With decades of HR experience, my path has proudly remained with all things manufacturing.  Starting with cereal products in Battle Creek, then automotive parts and the ever-present steel industry, my passion throughout the years has been to coach and develop others through multiple methodologies.  As a Central Michigan University alum with a BSBA in Human Resources Management, I am also a certified practitioner of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Korn Ferry Leadership Assessment, Six Seconds EQ, and Prosci ® Change Management.

My Approach

I meet individuals where they are. I bring genuine curiosity, respect, and a commitment to helping them grow in ways that feel authentic for them. My coaching is conversational and reflective, centered on understanding patterns, strengthening communication, and building confidence.

I don’t bring a stack of tools or a rigid process. Instead, I bring presence, thoughtful questions, and a steady partnership that helps people see themselves more clearly. We focus on what matters most: how they show up, how they make decisions, and how they navigate the relationships around them.

My approach is simple, strengths-based, and rooted in the belief that no one needs to be “fixed”. It’s about truth, awareness, and tools that actually work for the environments in which they live and work every day.
